Tenant Interior Improvement
Scope of work involved tenant interior improvements and expansion of the existing VCA store. and combining the 2 tenant spaces into one store. It included new storefront design ,partial remodel of the existing space ,implementing new service systems ,BOH, updating store fixtures as per brand's identity and design updates .

Challenge : Retrofitting a dated retail space with new brand identity .
Performed code analysis to build a Permit drawing set following with the Bid construction dwg set . Reviewed and responded to shop drawings /RFI submittals
