Tenant Interior Improvement
Scope of work for this particular LV Women's store involved tenant interior improvements and expansion of the existing LV Men's store. and combining 2 adjacent tenant spaces into one big store. Scope of design included new storefront design ,partial remodel /refurbish of the existing space components ,implementing new service systems ,updating store fixtures as per brand's updated standard's .

Developing design solutions to align a dated retail space with a new brand identity .Assisted in bringing out solutions to carry out phased construction .
Produced Construction drawing sets , reviewed and coordinated shop drawings , RFI's throughout the project construction .
Assisted in documentation & coordination of on site layout during the construction phases .
